Bernardo College (BC) is a private non sectarian school which was established in 1984 by Dr. Marcelino V. Bernardo. It is owned and operated by Santiago G. Bernardo Foundation, Inc.

BC is duly recognized by the Department of Education (DepEd), Commission oh Higher Education (CHED), and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).

In addition, BC provides prospective students the opportunity to develop their thinking and practical skills, and positive working attitudes to become successful and professionally competent in their chosen fields.

BC offers LOW TUITION FEES, AFFORDABLE INSTALLMENT PLANS, SPECIAL DISCOUNTS, and SCHOLARSHIPS. Student financial assistance from DepEd, CHED, and TESDA are generally acknowledged.
